This got me thinking...
Words are important. They have meaning. They're so powerful that in the book Tribal Leadership, the words people use were the sole criteria for determining the maturity and performance level of their tribe. That said, is it the most important thing? Does the word usage proceed the change, or is it by-product of it. If this is happening to your change efforts:
What do you think? Are there multiple paths to driving change, or do you defend words to the death? Let me know in the comments or on Twitter or Facebook.
